SHIPPING TIMES

At Think Possible Apparel, shipments are delivered through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using either their first class package or priority mail services depending on availability.

If you need a shirt as soon as possible, then please make special note of the time desires during the checkout process under ‘order notes’ (after the billing and shipping address fields). Additionally, you may email us to request overnight delivery or with any other fulfillment needs at orders@thinkpossibleapparel.com.

We make no guarantees of delivery times; however, we are happy to do our best to meet your wants and needs.

Please note that if an order is placed after 2pm PST, or over the weekend, shipment processing times will not go in effect until the following business day.

PROCESSING TIME

The Processing Time is the time it takes for our team to Pick, Pack and Ship your item. Transparency is essential to our core values, which is why we’ll inform you if your order is subject to a longer Processing Time.

The typical processing time is 1 Business Day and is in addition to shipping times.

For orders placed after 2pm PST, processing times are effective the following business day.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

After each order, you will receive an email confirming your order. That’s why it’s important to enter your email with your order! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an additional email with all of your tracking details.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship all around the world as per delivery carrier availability. Additional Shipping Fees, Duties, and Time may apply.

RETURN POLICY

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?


Yes! We want you to love your purchase, as such, so long as the item is in its original condition and has not been altered (including laundering), you may return it!

We understand that planning ahead is a vital tool for positive goal setting. We also know our products are often given as gifts and purchased sometimes months in advance of the birthday, holiday, or occasion. Therefore, whether the shirt was a gift or not, we operate with no time constraints on returns or exchanges so long as the shirts are in new condition. We’ll issue the applicable refund back to the Credit Card or PayPal Account you used to make your purchase.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND?


Simply email us at contact@thinkpossibleapparel.com stating that you would like to Return your order, the reason for your return and we’ll get you set up with all of the return information.

Please do not ship the product(s) back without first contacting us or you will not be eligible for a refund.

You are responsible for the condition that we receive the return in. So, please, package the products inside of a secure shipping box so that the goods are not damaged in transit.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?


Once the product(s) is received back and inspected, the applicable refund will be issued within 3-5 days.

ARE THERE RESTOCKING FEES FOR RETURNS?


No, we do not charge Restocking Fees. However, you are responsible for Return Shipping and the initial cost of Shipping is non-refundable.
