EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
It’s understandable, not every product will meet your needs. That’s why we offer a hassle free Exchange and Return Policy. Simply follow the steps below, and we’ll get you all taken care of.
WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN or EXCHANGE?
Any shirt purchased directly from Think Possible Apparel that is in its original condition. Original condition includes having no alterations, not having been laundered or washed, and not damaged since purchaser product reception.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SHIRT?
Our shirts are often given as gifts. Sometimes purchases happen months in advance. We understand. As such, we do not put time restrictions on returns or exchanges so long as the shirts are still in their original condition.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN or EXCHANGE
1. Email orders@thinkpossibleapparel.com with your order number (from your email confirmation after purchase), what item specifically you’d like to return or exchange from that order, and your return reason so we may improve products. If exchanging, be sure to say what you would like in exchange including both the shirt details and the size.
2. Repackage the shirts.Feel free to use the previous shipping package if it is salvageable and be sure to tape it up good removing any old labels or covering them. Some customers have turned the bags we use for original shipping inside out. Whatever shipping package you choose just make sure the shirt will be protected.
3. Ship The Package Back to Think Possible Apparel Returns Department via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
4. Processing will take 1-2 business days upon our receipt of your returned/exchanged item. We will either return your money via the same method you made your original purchase or mail you the appropriate shirt in exchange.
CHARGES AND CREDITS
Shipping Charges – Customers are responsible for Return Shipping costs back to Think Possible Apparel, unless the item is defective or damaged upon purchaser receipt.
However, we will refund 100% of the purchase price you paid us for the item(s) returned – not including the original Shipping Costs.
Restocking Fees – Think Possible Apparel Store does not charge restocking fees.
Refunds – Made to the Credit Card or PayPal Account used to make the purchase. For all online orders, we will refund your money through the PayPal refund process. For any orders processed through Square we will refund using their processes
DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
If your item(s) arrives damaged or defective, we must be notified within 7 days to correct the issue.
Please email orders@thinkpossibleapparel.com with your Order Number and a description of the problem.
For damaged items, be sure to include a photograph to assist us in processing the claim. Once the above has been done, a return will be authorized and a shipping label already paid for by us will be sent to you for your return.
Replacements cannot be issued without a return first being accepted. The sooner you notify us the better. Our window for filing insurance claims is limited to 10 days, which means we are unable to refund or replace damaged or missing goods if notified after 7 days.
