An Octopus taking the shape of a human brain. Each arm is made completely out of affirmations related to a different aspect of an Octopus’ symbolism and tying in to that brain lobe’s function. For example Octopus’ are bottom feeders which ties into the symbolism of being grounded. Affirmations to being grounded in the mindfulness sense are located on the part of the brain that would be considered the brain stem; rooting the brain in the body.
