We think positively to get more of what we want out of life. In this quest to to think positively mediation is one of our greatest tools. In this video, Taylor Lapidus explains how meditation is directly related to positive thinking.
The more I meditate the more often and longer I stay in the moment in any given situation. By being present and staying in the moment I preform more naturally and do not get in the way of myself. I think that the reason we have a saying like “beginners luck” is that the beginner does something for the first time with no expectation of what they are supposed to be doing they act more naturally. The second they have experience they start to over thing things and their monkey mind kicks in.
