Who in your life do you do things for and want nothing in return? Who does things for you unconditionally? What do you do joyfully that you want nothing in return for other than the act of doing it? The Sun does not shine with any expectations from the Earth. Unconditional love has no expectations. Unconditional love has not judgement. When we are doing things FROM love rather than FOR love, we are not attached to the reactions of others.
